(2018.09) A Delegation led by IMDA Assistant Director Lin Huizhen Visits Beyondsoft

On September 14, 2018, seven guests, including Lin Huizhen, Assistant Director of Singapore’s Information Media Development Authority (IMDA), Sun Mingfen, head of the Construction Environment Agency, Li Yanxian, head of JTC Smart Park Agency, and Chen Haitao, CEO of Singapore Productivity Centre (SGPC), visited Beyondsoft (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.?


Accompanied by Han Jie, Director and Vice President of Beyondsoft, and Wang Wei, Assistant Vice President of Beyondsoft, Singaporean officials visited Beyondsoft (Shanghai)’s showroom. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion over Beyondsoft’s exploration and experience in the field of smart parks.?


First of all, on behalf of Beyondsoft, Han Jie welcomed the officials from Singapore and briefed the guests on Beyondsoft (Shanghai)’s overall situation and business. After that, Wang Wei shared with the guests Beyondsoft’s history and the company’s planning and delivery capability in the AIoT platform. He mentioned that Beyondsoft’s smart park solution is a key business field, where the company conforms to the market trend, with the aim of providing easy-to-manage digital platform solutions for commercial parks and commercial housing projects. The platform is part of the Smart Park Solution. In the development of AIoT, the company strictly adhered to the principle of high openness, safety and compatibility, gaining the trust of numerous real estate developers, design institutes and management consulting firms. It has successfully delivered smart park projects and smart building projects in Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing.?


During the meeting, Lin Huizhen presented Singapore’s Punggol Digital District project to Beyondsoft. She noted that she was willing to link Beyondsoft’s smart park solution and it is partners’ smart hardware and software products to market demand for the smart city in Singapore. Punggol Digital District was planned jointly by JTC, IMDA, and GovTech. Construction started at the beginning of this year. It is planned for the project to become Singapore’s answer to the Silicon Valley in the U.S., to lure Singapore’s homegrown and overseas digital and network security firms to settle down.?


After the meeting was over, Singaporean officials praised Beyondsoft’s smart IoT solution for its advanced, comprehensive

and easy-to-integrate traits. They are keenly looking forward to the application of the solution in Singapore.?
