On July 18th, Beyondsoft hosted a George Mason University (GMU) Delegation group. This team of GMU teachers and students took a tour of Beyondsoft’s headquarters as part of their China business trip. GMU selected four companies from dozens of international enterprises including FedEx and Beyondsoft. Beyondsoft was selected as an exemplary company of the service outsourcing industry in China.

Roger Zhang, Beyondsoft CTO, made a presentation about the Chinese market and Beyondsoft’s 18 years of development since 1995, and chaired a question and answer session. During the Q&A session, GMU students were interested in Beyondsoft’s international and national market strategy, competitive advantages, M&A activities, HR practices, enterprise cultural construction, and employee assistance program. Beyondsoft’s unique development strategy impressed GMU’s teachers and students.

GMU was not the first university delegation to come to Beyondsoft.
