On August 19th, Beyondsoft Corporation (SZSE: 002649) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Achievo Corporation to acquire 100% shares of its six wholly-owned subsidiaries. Achievo is a U.S.-based information technology services provider that possess strong reputation in Japanese and North American markets. Its six subsidiaries which comprise its core business are primarily focused on IT outsourcing for diversified verticals.
